Attention to UK customers;

An information mail is posted to some customers as a result of detailed control at borders because of Covid-19. Some of the shipments are kept on hold at the UK customs because of this.

All tobacco shipments are declared as “Product Name, Gift, Collectable Box/Packs, etc.” in order to help safe clearance from customs. If you would like us to declare as “tobacco” please inform us prior to shipment. Otherwise we cannot be held responsible for customs taxes, charges, seizure.

Please be aware that your delivery (tobacco products) may also be subject to customs duties and taxes, over which we have no control, and which MUST be borne by you.
Batumi Duty Free is not responsible for paying any taxes or duties involved in the importation of customer’s order into UK.
All customers must be aware of UK local customs law.
