We begin preparing your order as soon as we receive it and also apply for customs approval at the same time.
We open and inspect all our cigar boxes to log wrapper colour and insure quality. If you don't want us to check your cigars before shipping process (unopened), please make a note of this in the comment box of check out page.
We prepare packaging as secure as possible and include Boveda to ensure standard humidity. This, your cigars remains humid and in best condition like its first day. They never arrive dry or damaged.
After customs approval, we handle your order to Georgian Express Air Post to ship with regular postal service. Tracking number is shared with an email following shipment.
Batumi Duty Free will not guarantee delivery in cases where tobacco products require special importation licenses or are not permitted (please be aware that buyer is the sole responsible for knowing your local laws).
Tracking numbers can be found in your account and in the shipping confirmation email. (Please check your spam folder as well.)

Free Worldwide Shipping for orders above 200 USD and delivery is guaranteed to your door for everywhere in the world.
Delivery guarantee is only exempt for customer caused mistakes.
Shipping fee varies for orders below 200 USD as product weight differs.
Please note, for larger sized items (Humidors, Jars, big packages etc.), there may be additional shipping charges.
Shippings are being completed in 1-3 days after you receive a confirmation e-mail for your payment. (If we were out of stock at the time of payment for any reason, Batumi Duty Free provides you two solutions as waiting for product to arrive in stock or a refund.)
There are two types of shippings for cigars;
1. Registered Mail: Standard registered mail with tracking. It takes longer than 20 days for delivery to destination country.
2. Express Mail Service: Registered express mail with tracking. It takes around 5-20 days for delivery to destination country.
Please note that; “delivery to destination country” states for entry to destination COUNTRY not to the BUYER because we do not have any information about delivery time for local postal service.
Europe: 3-5 business days
North/South America: 7-15 business days
Asia/Oceana: 5-15 business days
Africa: 7-21 business days
DELAYS IN DELIVERY
Delivery times might vary due to local posts in every country and customs procedures.
For the reasons above International Postal Rules consider a package lost one month from the shipment date.
After 30 days of no-show, we are now able to open an investigation with the Georgian Post to find out what is happening with your packages. If a package cannot be found, we will either replace it or refund your money.
Please keep patient in case of a loss as we are processing your re-ship or refund.

Shipping to Australia, Brazil, and all South American countries is much slower due to unreliable local postal services(45 to 90 days) We ask for patience to customers ordering from these countries listed.
Batumi Duty Free cannot be held responsible for delays caused by human error (incorrect addresses), natural disasters or buyer’s local postal service delay.
